Before and After :: Vintage Chairs

I wanted to share with you some old outdated chairs at a thrift store and gave them a little TLC. The cushions are redone with two tablecloths I found at the same thrift store (If you are in the market for cheap fabric, browse through the linen section of thrift stores and get creative with old table clothes, napkins, placemats, curtains, etc.) After removing the cushions, I sprayed the base completely gold to keep the same vintage look. I sewed the two fabrics together in the diagonal shape and placed the fabric over some foam batting for a little lift in the cushions. A small hand held staple gun is all you need to bring it all together. I hope you are inspired to take what looks like junk and infuse some life into it!

What are some unique thrift finds you’ve redone?
