My sweet cousin gave me the play table her kids have outgrown. It fits great in Nora’s play area and even has room for a few pals. It has had lot’s of love and needed a little update. With some spray paint, oil cloth and my staple gun the table got a quick face lift on Saturday afternoon.

Here are the basic steps…
After the first coat of colored paint was dry I simply taped the bottom to add the gold paint to the legs. Don’t look too close at my paint job please..I do not strive for perfection when it comes to painting kids furniture. It’s going to take a beating anyway right?
I used a round plastic container and chalk to add the edge detail then cut.
It’s been a big hit with Nora! Scribbles and shape tracing galore!
