Nice Structure :: Frank Loyd Wright’s Fallingwater

I remember learning about Frank Loyd Wright’s Fallingwater in design school for the first time. I had never seen a home so amazing. Built on a waterfall you don’t get much better than that! ┬áIt was designed and built for the Kaufman Family in 1935. It’s modern and organic style makes it appear as if it was built today. That really shows the impact this home and Frank’s style still has on architects and designers today. It is often imitated, but Fallingwater can never be replicated. It’s hailed as Wright’s most beautiful work and I would have to agree. I would love to tour the home if I’m ever in Bear Run, Pennsylvania (near Pittsburgh).
